Chartering here in La Paz and the Sea of Cortez is getting to be an all year event. While it does get very warm here, and some of you can say hot, there are a lot of pluses.  The water is much clearer, so the snorkeling and diving are that much better. In fact for snorkeling , no suit is necessary. The fishing is so much better. This is prime time for our powerboat SeaFortuna. SeaScape was chartered every month last year except September.

 WHY SEASCAPE IS THE BEST SAILBOAT TO CHARTER IN THE SUMMER
SeaScape is basically a warm weather boat. She was built in Florida, originally for use in that state and to go to the Bahamas. That is where she got her name, 41' Morgan" Out Island".  She has four hatches, two of which we have enlarged.  She has 16 ports, more than any boat this size in the world. Because she is a mid-cockpit sailboat, she has two hatch openings.  That is a total of 22 deck openings for air to travel though. But the big reason she is so cool, is that there is a fiberglass headliner,  that traps a dead airspace of from one to two inches. throughout the boat.  We also have a total of five fans, and plenty of battery power to run them. There are two wind scoops that you can rig up. For the bimini, we have side curtains.  In addition there is a hammock that you can use between the main mast and the jib stay.  Another nice feature, is that you can jump into the water, cool off and take a show on the swim step.
 
And don't forget, SeaScape is the best equipped charter boat for fishing in the Sea of Cortez. There is nothing better than having fresh caught fish, cooking on the 'barby'.
